How The Future Ready Program Works
A limited number of business assessments will be funded by ADECA this year. Companies may invest up to 10 hours throughout the engagement process over the course of 6 weeks. Companies will need to utilize personnel across multiple business areas in order to complete the assessment.
REVIEW (1-2 Hours)
- Identify key personnel to support the assessment
- Review pre-assessment materials
- Ensure assessment attendees are familiar with content covered
- Host walk-through tour for the Future Ready team
PLAN (1-2 Hours)
- Review initial results
- Prioritize actionable results with the team and adjust roadmap as needed
- Develop execution plan for implementing improvements
ASSESS (4 Hours)
- Conduct approximately two virtual 2 hour working assessment sessions
- Encourage key personnel to attend all sessions to provide input
EXECUTE (As Needed)
- Implement recommendations and advancement actions
- Utilize resources available from the Future Ready Program for high-priority actions
- Time with Future Ready team is dependent on implementation activities
